- On day 1 customer called at 11:00AM by automated Natwest fraud system (on mobile then home number) and the automated system on call-back asked to confirm ATM transaction in Canada [customer lives in London]. Customer denied these, spoke to Natwest representative who said it sounded like ATM skimming as a lot of other customers were calling the same day, said that bank would refund money, and would send form to complete for the full refund
