From Phantom
This page contains a collection of links to news coverage of phantom withdrawals, skimming attacks and ATM security failures. The stories are mainly UK focussed, because this is where most contributors to the site are based, but there are international stories too. The main body of links is categorised into international, UK and foreign language, and within stories are generally in chronological order. The UK stories are divided into two sections: pre- and post- Chip and PIN. Finally, there is a "specific topics" section that covers for instance stories by category (e.g. malfunctioning ATMs).
